Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1/4" strips (or venison)
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium green or red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4-6 flour tortillas (10"), warmed
- shredded cheese, picante sauce or pico de gallo, sour cream (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first seven ingredients; add beef. Seal bag and turn to coat; set aside. Either saute or grill onions and peppers until crisp-tender; remove and set aside.
Drain and discard marinade. In same skillet (or on grill) cook beef until done. Add vegetables and heat through.
Spoon meat and veggies onto tortillas.
