Ingredients
- 2 c whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c old fashioned oats
- 1/2 tsp tumeric
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 c honey
- 1/4 c warm water
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c cornmeal
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 5 ingredients.
Add honey, water and eggs.
Sprinkle 1/2 cornmeal on wax paper. Roll out dough. Sprinkle with cornmeal for stickyness.
Cut dough with cookie cutter or using a pizza cutter is faster.
Spray cookie sheet and back at 325 for 30 min. (40 min. for harder cookies). Store in the fridge.
