Ingredients
- 3 eggs; save 3 whites for top
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 Tbsp butter (margarine)
- 2 cups milk
Preparation
Step 1
Mix four, sugar and cocoa well. Add eggs. Add milk and butter. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Pour into 1 deep dish or 2 shallow prebaked pie shell(s). Add meringue and brown. Do not double or put whites in pie; put all in the meringue.
