Ingredients
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 3 T bourbon
- 1/4 c low sodium soy sauce
- 2 T fresh lime juice
- 2 t grated, peeled ginger
- 1/4 t fresh ground pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets about 1 in thick
- OR
- 4 T brown sugar
- 4 T bourbon
- 3 T low sodium soy sauce
- 1 T grated & peeled fresh ginger
- 2 T fresh lime juice
- 1/4 t fresh ground pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 (7 oz) salmon fillets
