Ingredients

  • 2 6oz bags of The Pasta Shop Pasta (12 oz. total)
  • 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 medium tomatoes, diced and drained
  • 3/4-1 lb. bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Step 1

Cook pasta as directed, drain, and rinse with cold water. Add remaining ingredients and season to taste. Serve room temperature or chilled. If you are making it ahead, add the bacon just before serving to maintain crispness. Enjoy!
