Micro Carmel Corn

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 quarts popped pop corn
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or marg
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 teas salt
  • 1/2 teas soda

Preparation

Step 1


Put popcorn in brown grocery bag

Mix: sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt in saucepan. Bring to boil 3 - 5 minutes.

Stir in soda until foamy.

Pour hot mixture over popcorn. Close bag and shake well.

Pour into cookie sheet to cool.
