Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 package Jell-O Lemon flavor gelatin dessert
  • 1 container (8oz.) lemon flavored lowfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup miracle whip dressing (for lightness and tangy zip)
  • 1 cup thawed cool whip topping
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crumb crust ((6 oz. or 9 inch)
  • 2 tbsp. raspberry preserves, heated

Preparation

Step 1

Stir boiling water into gelatin into medium bowl 1 to 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Refrigerate until slightly thickened; stirring frequently.
Mix yogurt and miracle whip in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Add thickened gelatin, stirring until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping.
Pour into crust. Refrigerate several hours or until firm. Drizzle preserves over pie immediately before serving.
