Ingredients
- 3 pork tenderloins
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 Tbsp black bean sauce
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 piece of fresh ginger grated (remove skin first)
- 1 Tbsp dry mustard
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/2 cup beer
Preparation
Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients in blender with exception of beer. When blended add beer. Put aside 1/2 cup for basting.Place tenderloins in a casserole dish and pour marinade on top. Turn occasionally and marinate 4-5 hours. Overnight is even better.
When ready to cook, remove pork from marinade and place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake until the pork reaches 170 degrees on the inside, approx. 50 mins to one hour.
Let meat cool completely and refrigerate covered for 2-3 hours or overnight.
To serve, slice the pork into 1/4 slices. Arrange on serving platter and pour reserved marinade on top. Garnish with orange slices.
