Mexican Tator Tot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 8 oz tomato sauce or salsa
  • 1/2 t chili powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/8 t garlic powder
  • 1 pkg onion tator tots
  • 1/4 cup velvets or cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef and onion. Mix salsa, chili powder, salt, garlic powder with beef mixture. Put in pan and top with cheese. Top with tator tots and bake for 1 hour until hot or till cheese melts at 350 degrees.
