Strawberry mousse

Ingredients

• 2 c. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
• 1 pkg. instant cheesecake pudding mix
• 1 carton (8 oz.) frozen whip cream, thawed
• 8 lg. strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Place thawed strawberries in Quick Chef w/ blade, cover, process till smooth. Add pudding mix; cover, process. Transfer to pitcher or bowl; fold in whip topping. Garnish w/ strawberries.
