mexican cheese dip

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. velveeta
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. ground sausage (hot)
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped fine

Preparation

Step 1

brown beef and sausage, drain. add onions, tomatoes and peppers. in a
double boiler or microwave or crock pot, melt cheese. add meat mixture
to the cheese. serve hot with chips.
