Dip: Warm Crab and Artichoke

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup or 4 oz. crabmeat, well drained
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped drained marinated artichoke hearts in jar
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons diced red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons diced celery
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Sherry wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 400*
Beat cream cheese with mixer until smooth. Add mayo, beat until blended. Season with salt and pepper. On slow blend in 1/4 cup Parmesan, chopped parsley, celery, red pepper, green onion, Old Bay Seasoning, vinegar and Tabasco sauce. With spatula fold in artichokes and crab meat. Place in baking dish and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes and surround with crackers.
