Herb-Crusted Pork Chops & Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
  • 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1 can (10-1/2 oz.) condensed chicken broth
  • 2 cups frozen green beans
  • 2 cups minute white rice, uncooked

Step 1

Heat 1 tbsp. oil in skillet. Coat chops on both sides with seasoning. Ass chops to skillet; cook 6 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally until evenly browned on both sides. Remove from skillet. Add chicken broth, green beans, and 1/2 cup water. Stir, heat to a boil. Stir in rice. Top with chops; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes or until cooked through
