Ingredients
- 2 c sugar (1 c Splenda)
- 4 Eggs
- 1 1/2 c Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1-2 TB. Vanilla extract
- 1/2 c melted Butter (1 stck)
- 2 c chopped Dates
- 2 c chopped Walnuts

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl beat sugar and eggs. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla and mix well. Add melted butter and mix. Fold in the dates and walnuts. Pour batter into a greased or wax paper paper-lined 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes until top is golden brown and crispy.
