Antipasto Squares

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 lb salami
  • 1/4 lb pepperoni
  • 2 tubes crescent rolls
  • 1 pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 jar roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 2 T parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
Roll out 1 package of crescent rolls in a 9 x 13 pan
Press seams together
Layer provolone, pepperoni, and salami
Top with peppers
Top with shredded mozzarella
In a separate bowl, mix together eggs and parmesan cheese
Drizzle 2/3 of the mixture over shredded cheese
Top with 2nd tube of crescent rolls
Brush the top with the remaining egg mixture
Bake for 30 minutes or until browned
