• 1 lb butter
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 4 egg yolks
• 4 cups flour
• 2 cups finely chopped walnuts
• 1 cup apricot jelly

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter, sugar and egg yolks together; add flour. Mix well then add nuts. Pat half of dough into greased and floured 13 x 9” pan. Spread with jelly. Top with rest of dough. Bake 1 hour. Cool completely then cut into 1 ½ “ squares.
