Step 1

Pulse one chopped pineapple in a food processor but not pureed. Muddle in 1/4 c honey, 2 sprigs fresh rosemary and 1 c (about 8) fresh lime juice in a sturdy pitcher. Then add the pineapple and 12 oz club soda and stir to combine.
