Step 1
In a blender add 2 c pineapple chunks, 3/4 c pure coconut water, 1/2 c ice cubes, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp fresh lemon juice. Blend and stir in 1/2 c rum. Garnish with toasted coconut.
