Ingredients
- OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
- 3 rice cups - raw Basmati rice
- 3 rice cups - water
- 1 tbsp - butter
- 1/2 tsp - salt
- 1/4 tsp - saffron
- 10 - peppercorns
- 3 - cardamoms
- 2 - cloves
- 4-6 tbsp - coconut milk power mixed with 1 rice cup of water.
- Raisins
- Cashew nuts (halves)
- Fried Onions

Preparation
Step 1
Wash Basmati rice thoroughly with water. Place in rice cooker pan.
Add the cups of water, butter, salt and saffron.
Put the peppercorns, cardamoms and cloves in a tea ball and place in the middle of the rice pan.
Let rice cook (approximately 15 mins).
Check that the rice is half done and mix in the coconut milk.
If desired, garnish with optional toppings.
