- 2 cups pineapple peeled and sliced
- 1 banana peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt (optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until silky smooth and creamy. (Add a dash of water or extra coconut milk if the smoothie is too thick)
Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
For a frozen smoothie, freeze the pineapple pieces overnight, or for at least 2 hours, and throw them right into the blender with the other ingredients. Your smoothie will be a bit thicker, and very refreshing! Great for warm weather.
For a dairy free or vegan smoothie, leave out the Greek yoghurt and add extra coconut milk or a dairy free milk of your choice if the smoothie is too thick.
Alternatively, this can be made with just water, it will be more like a fresh juice, with a little creaminess from the banana, but still delicious!
