Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 wild salmon filets
- 1 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat broiler. In a bowl, add all but salmon and pistachios. Whisk it all together. Place on top of each salmon filet.
Place the salmon on a greased baking sheet and broil for 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
