Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 jalape�o, finely chopped
- 1 jalape�o, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Flatbread
Preparation
Step 1
1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Combine cream cheese, sour cream and hot pepper sauce in a medium bowl and mix well. Spread in a 9-inch pie plate.
3.Combine tomato and jalape�o in a small bowl and mix well. Spoon evenly over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack.
4.Bake until hot and bubbly, about 15 to 18 minutes. Serve with flatbread.
