Ingredients
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1 1/2 tsps cream of tartar
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 lb powdered sugar
- 3 whiskey glasses of liquor
Preparation
Step 1
Separate 1 dozen eggs
Partially beat whites and add 1 1/2 tsps cream of tartar.
When stiff, add 1/2 lbs. powdered sugar.
Beat egg yolks until very light and add:
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 1/2 tsps allspice
Mix stiffly beaten yolks and whites together. Add 3 whiskey glasses of liquor.
