Queen of Hearts Tarts

Ingredients

• 1/2 t vanilla
• 1/2 Cup Sugar
• 1/2 Lb 2 sticks butter
• 2 Cups Self rising flour
• Strawberry Jam

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

Blend all ingredients
Shape dough into olive sized balls
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet
Make a thumbprint in each ball and fill with strawberry jam
Bake 10-15 minutes until golden
