Veal or ChickenScallopini

  • Mushrooms
  • Veal or Chicken
  • flour
  • Parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • bouillon

Preparation

Step 1

Pound either one of them to a thin flat piece of meat.
Mix ½ cup of flour and 12 cup parmesan cheese in a plastic bag with salt and pepper. I then put a bit of the mixture on a plate and cover the meat with the flour mixture.
Fry mushrooms in a pan. Remove to a plate and brown the meat. Remove meat and boil 1 cup of water and boullion either of beef if using veal or chicken if using chicken.
Add ¼ cup of white wine and ¼ cup lemon juice. Add corn starch or flour to thicken if necessary.
