Ingredients

  • 4 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons 3 tablespoons cider vinegar, or any vinegar except white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon 1 1/2 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 2 garlic cloves, minced

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, cider vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic and sesame oil.
Add chicken to a large Ziploc bag or baking dish and pour over marinade. Let marinate in the refrigerator at least 3 hours and up to overnight.
Heat grill to medium with grates about 4 inches from heat source. Oil grates and add chicken.
Grill 10 to 12 minutes per side until cooked through, a total of 20 to 25 minutes depending on the breast size.
