Catalina Apricot Chicken - For Crockpot or Pressure Cooker

This is a sweet and tangy chicken best served over rice.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (You can also use thighs)
  • 1 pkg Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 jar Apricot Jam
  • 1/4 c Water
  • 1 (16oz) bottle Catalina Dressing

Preparation

Step 1

- Place chicken in crockpot.
- In a medium sized bowl, mix all other ingredients.
- Pour over chicken
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours **Do Not cook on HIGH**

FOR USE IN THE PRESSURE COOKER:
- Follow the above directions in pressure cooker.
- Cook under high pressure for 15 minutes
