Sticky Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 scallions, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, and scallions.
Add chicken to a large Ziploc bag or baking dish and pour over marinade. Let marinate in the refrigerator at least 3 hours and up to overnight.
Heat grill to medium with grates about 4 inches from heat source. Oil grates and add chicken. Grill 10 to 12 minutes per side until cooked through, a total of 20 to 25 minutes depending on the breast size.
Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired..
