Pound Cake (Millie Chapala/Paige Dunne) Judy Schad

Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/3 c.
  • 1/4 c. Crisco
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. almond extract

Preparation

Step 1

Turn oven to 325° and grease and flour a tube/springform pan.

Cream butter, Crisco, and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add milk mixed with flavorings alternately with flour & baking powder.

Bake 1 hr. & 15 minutes.
