Ingredients
- 2 yellow onions
- 2 bags herb stuffing mix (Pepperage Farm)
- 1 bottle poultry stuffing
- 1 box rasins
- Chicken Stock
- butter
- EVOO
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Finely chop the onions and sweat in a deep large stock pot in butter and EVOO. Once translucent pour in the stuffing, rasins and poultry seasoning along with salt and pepper. Add the chicken stock slowly just until the stuffing starts to stick to itself and form clumps when helt tightly in your hand.
