Night Before Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 4 Slices bread, torn
  • 1 C. grated cheese, cheddar
  • 1/2 lb breakfast meat
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 C. milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbs dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • fresh onion, green pepper, parsley, mushrooms, etc if desired.

Preparation

Step 1

Layer, bread, grated cheese, and breakfast meat in a 9x13 pan.
Pour egg mixture over layered ingredients and let sit covered in refriderator overnight. In morning bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until done.
