Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc)
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach (small handful, sub 1/8-1/4 cup frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon flax seed meal
