Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hot, strong coffee
- 1/4 lb. mini marshmallows
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Chopped nuts - optional garnish.
Preparation
Step 1
Melt marshmallow in coffee -- add salt and cinnamon. Refrigerate.
Beat cream.
Fold into chilled coffee/marshmallow mixture.
Serve on hot gingerbread.
Sprinkle with nuts.
