Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
- 1 (6 oz) jar of artichokes, drained and chopped (save the marinade)
- 1/2 cup chopped Kalamata olives
- 4 tsp drained and chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tsp dried oregano (or 1 tbsp fresh)
- 2 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients and add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the artichoke marinade and refrigerate 1 hour to 3 days.
