Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette - Chesterfield Inn NH

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped shallot
  • 1 cup aged balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup Maple syrup
  • 1-1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and white pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first four ingredients in blender.
Drizzle in olive oil.
Add S & P to taste.
