Ingredients
- 4 cups diced cauliflower
- 1 cup broth
- 5 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 tsp salt, more to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Pinch nutmeg
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- juice of one lemon
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup coconut milk fat (from unsweetened canned coconut milk)

Preparation
Step 1
Simmer your cauliflower and garlic cloves in the bone broth until very tender. You can also do this in your pressure cooker (only use 1/2 cup broth for the pressure cooker).
Transfer the tender cauliflower, garlic and broth to the blender. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. -Remove the pork chops from the skillet, serve over a shallow bowl of mash, spoon pan sauce over everything! Yum!
