Ingredients
- 8 pieces salmon
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp. mayo
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place fish in a glass dish or container.
2. Combine ingredients for marinade. Pour over fish.
3. Marinate in refrigerator for 12 hours.
4. Pour off half of marinade. Bake, uncovered,at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.
