Pecans, Candied Pecans

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/8 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 c ups pecan halved, toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Line a small baking sheet with cooking spray
In a medium skillet, combined sugar, salt butter, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until butter is melted and sugar is moistened. Add pecans, stirring until coated.
Spoon mixture onto prepared pan. Let stand until completely cool. Break into pieces.
