Orange/Jalapeno Marmalade (using Ma-Made mix)

I separated out 4 cups for the jalapeno marmalade
Total recipe made 4 half-pints + 1 4 oz jar regular
and 4 half-pints jalapeno.

Ingredients
- 1 can Ma-Made Seville Oranges
- 4# bag sugar
- 3 large jalapenos
Preparation
Step 1
Follow instructions on the can.
Using a candy thermometer boil the 20 minutes (candy thermometer should read 220-225 degrees). I cooked to 230 degrees and when set it's opretty hard. I suggest cooking only 20 minutes.
After the 20 minutes I took 4 cups and put into a saucepan and added the minced jalapenos cooking to 230 degrees. I would suggest the next time to microwave the jalapenos for a minute or so to soften them the just put them in the 4 cups in the saucepan.
