Ingredients
- 9 inch deep dish pie shell, baked
- 2 or 3 tomatoes, peeled and sliced then
- salt and pepper, sparingly
- thinly sliced onion rings
- 3 or 4 slices bacon crisp and crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
Layer this in the pie crust.
Then mix 1 cup mayo and 1 cup grated sharp cheese.
Spread over top to edge of pie shell. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes.
