Ingredients
- 4 , 5oz. Salmon fillets
- 3 T. finely chopped pepitas
- 1/2 t. kosher salt
- 1/2 t. cumin
- 1/2 t. ancho chili powder
- 1/2 t. smoked paprika
- 1/4 t. cayenne
- 2 T. avocado oil
- lime wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Combine pepitas with all spices. Place salmon, skin side down, on baking sheet; brush with oil. Press pepita mixture on top and bake at 425 degrees for 12 mins. Serve with lime wedges
