Vegetable Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (Hellmanns or Best Foods)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion (scallion)
  • 1/4 cup minced parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.

Chill for several hours.

Serve with crisp fresh vegetables.

Serves: 6-8.

Note: Recipe multiplies well.
