Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Dash nutmeg
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 lb crab meat

Step 1

Combine mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper, nutmeg, and eggs. Add onion, green pepper, parsley, bread crumbs, and crab meat. Handle gently - shape into cakes. Broil or fry till brown, a few minutes on each side.
