Rustic apple tart

  • 2 apples
  • 1 /s c sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 t lemon juice
  • store bought pie crust
  • 3 t butter
  • confectioners sugar

Preparation

Step 1

spiralize and peel apples. cut slices in half. add to bowl with lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon. unroll the pie crust and place apples into center. fold the edges up leaving the majority of apples exposed. top with diced butter and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. sprinkle with confectioners sugar and serve
