Banana Oat Pancakes

You can add 1/4 cups chopped walnuts or pecans to the batter, too.
Try substituting 1/2 cup granola, slightly crushed, for the oats and brown sugar.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- 1/2 cup old fashioned or quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 ripe medium banana, mashed (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 1/2 cups maple flavored syrup, heated if desired
- 3 medium bananas, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Heat griddle or skillet over medium high heat or to 375 degrees. If necessary, brush griddle with vegetable oil before batter is added or spray with cooking spray before heating.
In medium bowl, stir all ingredients except syrup and sliced bananas until blended.
For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn, cook other sides until golden. Top each serving with 1/4 cup syrup and 1/2 sliced banana.
