Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless breasts
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 3 tsp oregano
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1 t dried minced onions

Preparation

Step 1

add to gallon ziplock and freeze. defrost in fridge overnight when ready to use
cook on manual 12 minutes
serve over rice
