Poppy Seed Cake

A wonderful old recipe that my mother in law used to make!
Sometimes I add lemon juice and zest for a little different kick, and I have also used this same recipe to make muffins! Very popular at work.

Ingredients

• 1 Box yellow Butter Cake Mix (Duncan Hines)
• 1/3 cup oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 4 TBS sugar
• 4 TBS water
• 1 TSP vanilla
• 4 TSP Poppy Seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together except poppy seeds, fold i last

Oil Bundt pan and dust with granulated Sugar

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until straw comes out clean.
