  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 red potatoes, quartered
  • 1 onion, peeled and sliced
  • 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup cream--I use fat free half and half
  • 1 tube of pillsbury biscuits

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
combine the soup and cream, and cook over medium heat. add the rest of the ingredients, except for the biscuits. simmer for 20 minutes.
pour into a baking dish, place the biscuits on top, and cook until the biscuits are golden.
