Ingredients
- 1 lb. pizza dough at room temperature
- 10 c water
- 1/2 c baking soda
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 t coarse sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cut dough into 1-1/2" pieces. Combine water and baking soda and bring to a boil. Add dough in batches and boil 20 seconds. Remove and brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 450 until golden about 10-12 minutes.
