Ingredients
- 2 cups Whole wheat pastry flour
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground grinder
- 4 tbsp trans-free margarine, softened
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 lg egg

Preparation
Step 1
1.) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.
2.) Combine the flour, flaxseed, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ginger in a medium bowl. Set aside.
3.) Cream the margarine, oil, brown sugar, honey, and egg with a hand mixer. Add the reserved dry ingredients and stir until combined.
43) Drop by rounded tbsp on the prepared baking sheets and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer to a rack to cool completely.
